Version 0.9.5 of librsync has some memory leaks which don't matter
much for rdiff but would cripple rdiff-backup 0.9.2. So I took
librsync 0.9.5 and:

1. Applied Donovan Baarda's "MSVC6 and Cygwin" patch, which does a
lot of stuff including fix some memory leaks.

2. Applied patches from Wayne Davidson which fix a couple more memory
    leaks.

3. Enable shared library building by default.

So if you are running 0.9.2, you must upgrade past 0.9.5, either by
downloading my "0.9.5.1" or patching your own version.

Just so there is no confusion, the librsync packages on the
rdiff-backup home page do not represent an official librsync release.
I just made them from 0.9.5 by applying the patches I thought were
necessary for adequate performance with rdiff-backup 0.9.2. Hopefully
an official 0.9.6 or later will come out soon and unofficial packages
won't be necessary.
