fatal errors versus warnings

Hello,
Before I run rdiff-backup, I run find to get a list of
all files over a certain size, I then use
--exclude-filelist to not backup those files.
However I have found that if the file list is empty,
rdiff-backup exists with:
Fatal Error: Last selection expression:
Filelist: files.txt
only specifies that files be included. Because the
default is to
include all files, the expression is redundant.
Exiting because this
probably isn't what you meant.
Is this what should be happening? Is there a way I can
make it continue on even if the list is empty?
Thanks for any advice!
