Indeed you should.  Good catch, and thank you for locating some of the
error.  Fortunately I think all this bug did was waste some disk space
and save some clock cycles.  The increments it made were within the
spec and should be totally compatible with previous and future
versions.

    The bug should be fixed in version 0.5.4, now on the web page.
