Feature request - bwlimit?

Boy, now I _really_ think mozilla needs a spell-checker. Let's try it again:

As we make the transition from rsync to rdiff-backup for "live" backups
here in Parkrose School District, there's basically only _one_ thing I miss.
This is the --bwlimit=x (where x is the bandwidth cap in kb) argument
for rsync. Very useful for backing up during the day w/o killing our WAN
connection to the backup server which is at another site.
Still, we're happy campers. Thanks for the spiffy tool!
