exclude-filelist patch

Hi All,

A few weeks ago a patch was posted to the mailing list
to "fix" the exclude-filelist problems. Could someone
post the patch  to the webpage? When I try to copy and
paste the patch from the mail archive I am unable to
get the patch to work - I must admit I am not an
expert with patch though :(
