New stable version 0.8.0 released

Apparently 0.8.0 is a bit slower than 0.6.0, but I think most people
should upgrade because it should be significantly more reliable and
handle errors much better.  It also has some new features (new restore
syntax, include/exclude options, hard links, compressed increment
files, statistics, etc.).

    Here is the changelog entry (only covers 0.7.6 to 0.8.0):


New in v0.8.0 (2002/06/14)

Added --null-separator argument so filenames can safely include
newlines in an include/exclude filelist.

Fixed bug that affected restoring from current mirror with the '-r
now' option.
